We pride ourselves on having a good working relationship with all our clients, and every effort is made to make all parties happy. We try to always make sure that our clients and customers are totally satisfied with commissions made and the service given.

Selling Terms:

– All items brought into OCLO Collective MUST be in good condition and freshly laundered.

– OCLO Collective is a Dress Agency, therefore we sell items on behalf of our clients. And as
such, we do not own any of the items on the shop floor. 

–  Item pricing is agreed between OCLO and the client before going on sale.

–  The client will receive 60% of the final selling price.

–   Items are reduced by 25% if not sold after three months, please inform us in advance if you
don’t wish to have your items discounted.

–  Items are left at the owner’s risk. Whilst we make every effort to care for and look after our
stock, items will be tried on and handled, and we cannot be held responsible for any damage
caused.

–  Payments for items sold can be made by bank transfer or cash, depending on the amount.

–  We cannot guarantee the retention of any plastic or wire hangers, shoe boxes, plastic dry-
cleaning bags or suit carriers - unless particularly specified at the point of drop-off. Please
take/collect these if you wish to keep them.

–  The item will be on sale for a maximum of 4 months, after which the client is expected to
come and collect their unsold items. If items are not collected, or indeed if you do not want
the items back, we send them to charity.

–  You will be issued a collection date on delivery, please make a note of this. There is a two-
week grace period after your date during which your unsold items will be held. If you are
unable to get to us, please contact us to arrange an alternative collection time. Please note
we do not call you, we rely on you to keep in touch with us.

–  If you would like to collect unsold pieces, please call us in advance so we can have the items
ready and prepared for you.

Buying policies

–  Please make sure you are 100% happy before you purchase. Items in the shop are sold on an ‘as seen’ basis having been inspected before they go on sale and priced.
